Gathering Plan 2005

        January

l        Organizer selection for “Gathering 2005”(every one of us)

        February

l        1995 Graduate name list collection

l        Forum creation for S R J K (C) Kong Ming Pusat

l        Announcement and advertisement about the forum, with the intention to trace back some old primary friends.

        March

l         Send name list file to Wai Tjun or Yi ling. (you guys did a marvelous job the response is good)

l        Keep working for the name list. ( Elaborate what you want to do)

l        Keep the advertisement going and spread to friends.

l        Give a proposal on Date, Venue, Budget(approximate 100 person, and Activity )

        April

l        Send the proposal to Wai Tjun or Yi ling on end of March or beginning of April, who will then email all committee the conclusion.( important)

l        Fix date, venue and activity

l        Committee selection – PIC (person in charge) for different activities

l        Venue reservation

        May

l        Start informing friends about the good news and check exactly how many people are interesting and committed to join. If it is a “YES”, start collecting money from them as soon as possible.

        June/ July/

l        Keep working to increase participants

l        Our treasurer will collect money and the name list from you every month. We need to trace the increase every month and confirm the exact number of participants ASAP.

l        Closing date is on the 31^st Aug 2005.

        August

l        Preparation for those in charge on the Gathering Activity

l        Welcome to S R J K (C) Kong Ming Pusat,Gathering 2005

Guide line for the Date, Venue, Budget and Activity

Date    : Tentatively to be held from 1^st of August - 15^th of September

Time    : one of the weekends (1^st of August - 1st of september)

, 4-5 hrs

Venue : Please select a big hall that can at least accommodate 100 ppl.

        Check the rental and hopefully to get a free or sponsored venue.

Activity: Please be creative and I am waiting for your valuable suggestions.

            Make some nostalgic activities, maybe some old photos?  Awaiting for your valuable inputs!

Budget            :  Please come out with the final budget for the committee approval.

This is my rough ideas and I want to hear your views as well.  Please don’t be hesitate to contact me if you have any valuable and wild ideas.  Let’s work hand in hand to make this gathering a success!
